Customization is available for selected designs. Send us the product link and the changes you have in mind; we’ll confirm which adjustments are possible for that model.

Can I send a sketch or a room photo?

Yes. Room photos, reference images and sketches help explain your idea. Include the room dimensions and ceiling height if you can. We’ll review your request and discuss a suitable starting point.

How much does customization cost?

The price depends on the fixture and the changes requested. We’ll confirm the quote before you order. Prices include tax and standard shipping.

What is the total delivery time?

Total Standard Delivery Time: 6 Weeks. Custom requests may need longer. We’ll confirm the total delivery estimate for your project before you order, so you can plan around your installation date.

What should I confirm before installation?

Check the final dimensions, hanging height and ceiling support requirements with your installer. Large or custom chandeliers should be installed by a qualified professional.

Can I change or return a custom order?

Contact us as soon as possible if you need a change. Custom orders may have cancellation or return restrictions once production starts. Confirm the terms for your project before approval and review our Refund Policy.
