All orders are processed after payment confirmation.

- Customized or made-to-order lighting fixtures may require additional preparation time.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
